What are the types and duration of training of the MOFTI?

A: 
The MOFTI training programs can be divided into six categories: in-service training for tax officials in taxation and local authorities, in-service training for customs officials, in-service training on policy and regulatory changes, in-service training for legal system, international manpower and language training, and other trainings. Moreover, in order to drive the governmental relevant policies forward, conducting courses on legal system subjects, the taxpayer rights protection act, anti-tax avoidance rules, consumer protection act, gender equality, professional English of different levels, digital marketing and so on. To meet the needs of competent agencies of different jurisdictions and the needs of cultivation of talent personnel, the MOFTI draws up and implements the schedule of each year's “MOF human resource development plan” with the approval of the MOF. The duration of training is from half a day to 4 weeks.
